Edificio Ermita

The development comprises approximately 88 apartments ranging from 35 to 55 sqm, designed for residents seeking flexibility, community, and a strong connection to the city. The intervention respects Art Deco proportions and details, while incorporating contemporary solutions that optimize livability, efficiency, and everyday experience.

Ermita stands as a meeting point between history and modernity, establishing itself as a benchmark for urban regeneration and an innovative model for collective living in the capital.

Its comprehensive restoration preserves the building’s heritage character while adapting it to a contemporary model that integrates co-living, co-working, retail spaces, and a private club, creating a functional ecosystem aligned with new forms of urban living.

Developed by Origen, the project began operations in 2024. Set on a 965 sqm site with a total built area of 7,000 sqm, Ermita fosters a dynamic coexistence between residential spaces and shared amenities, maintaining the architectural essence of the original building while enhancing its current use.
