Casa Victoria

Designed as a place of connection, the project fosters interaction between residents, visitors, and the local community, creating an immersive living experience that reactivates a historic landmark while reflecting the evolving urban lifestyle of present-day Mexico City.

The project reinterprets a heritage asset through a contemporary lens, preserving its original patios, proportions, heights, and balconies while introducing modern residential, hospitality, and commercial uses.

Comprising approximately 56 residential apartments, Casa Victoria is conceived under a co-living model that balances efficient private units with shared social, cultural, and gastronomic spaces.
