Inspired by different regions, traditions, symbols, and rituals of Mexican culture, Mictlán translates heritage into a modern mixology experience, combining technique, narrative, and sensory exploration. Each cocktail acts as a narrative piece, referencing landscapes, materials, ancestral symbolism, and popular culture, reimagined through a contemporary, minimalist, and artistic approach. Designed as an intimate, atmospheric space, Mictlán positions mixology as a cultural discipline, offering Madrid a unique destination where Mexican identity, creativity, and ritual converge in a sophisticated nightlife experience.

XOLO is a contemporary Mexican restaurant located in Madrid, conceived as a cultural and culinary showcase of Mexico beyond its most internationally known dishes. The project offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner, presenting traditional recipes reinterpreted with contemporary technique and high-quality ingredients, sourced and treated with precision. Rather than focusing on a single regional identity, XOLO celebrates the diversity of Mexican gastronomy, bringing together flavors, ingredients, and culinary traditions from different regions of the country.
